Calendar of Events
Friday, October 16
All guests are welcome to visit the chapter house at anytime on Friday.
6:00 — Gather for Pub Crawl in downtown Troy. First stop is Brown's Brewpub (formerly Troy Pub & Brewery). Rides leaving from the chapter house at 6:45 PM.
7:00 — RPI women’s ice hockey vs. Mercyhurst College, at the RPI Field House.
Saturday, October 17
Morning — Golf or come early and tour the chapter house. Photographs from all eras of the chapter’s history will be on exhibit. There will also be a display of the architectural changes planned for the Founders’ Room.
11:00 — Check-in, lunch, introductory remarks Complimentary buffet lunch served in our own backyard for all friends, alumni, actives, and pledges of Rensselaer Acacia. Food and cash bar provided by the Old Daley Inn.
2:00 — RPI women’s field hockey vs. Morrisville State College, nearby Harkness Field.
3:00 — Alumni Corporation board meeting All dues paying alumni are encouraged to attend. Following the meeting, specific focus groups will be meeting to discuss various activities in more detail.
3:00 — RPI women’s ice hockey vs. Mercyhurst College, at the RPI Field House.
5:00 — Dinner and cash bar Again, in the comfort of our own backyard. This meal will feature the signature dishes of the Old Daley Inn, grilled teriyaki chicken and Montreal tenderloin. Awards presentation to follow.
Sunday, October 18
9:30 — 11:30 Brunch Feel free to stay for as long as you like even after the food is gone!
Cost
The cost is $100 per person for the entire weekend. Children under 12 are free. See the registration form for more details.
Lodging
You are responsible for your own lodging. The registration form contains a number of suggestions. Please book your hotel room soon as there are other RPI events that weekend that will likely occupy rooms as well.
